Hello face kay aik side per 5 saal say aik gilty ban gai hai aur isko touch karnay say bohat thora sa pain hota hai aur iskay ilawa meray aik hand pay bhi 10-15 yrs say gilty bani hui hai aur is mein kabhi kabar touch karnay say aur kabhi aisay hi current sa feel hota yeh batain kay yeh gilty kis kisam ki hai? it sounds like benign lesion e.g. lipoma which just needs observation for
Rapidly growing size
pain in the lesion
discharge from lesion
however for proper diagnosis and management you consultation with Dermatologist/Plastic surgeon
