Talk to General Physician on Headache & Chest Pain
Asking For Self, Male 25, Lahore
It has been almost 15 days that I feel some type of pressure (not really pain) in head (sometimes on left side, sometimes on right side, or top of head or even back of head) and same type of pressure in chest (right side or left side), rarely some pain in arms/hands but not commonly. This type of pressure is on & off throughout the day. Some Vision, Dizziness and Balancing Problem.
What are the possibilities? What should I do?

get yourself physically checked by near by doc . bp pulse and msy req labs too
how much is your bp . hemoglobin . hbai1c . fbs

it means you ars in pre diabetic . then get checked by ENT and fundoscopy from eye spl , for this heaviness and vertigo weakness

But what about chest pain? I mean some kind of pressure on either right or left side, sometimes in arms as well. Secondly, when I lay down on bed for sleep, I felt something is coming out or boiling in my stomach/chest.

1st get your balance and vertigo checked . what i feel your nerves are having pressure . so neurosurgical expert opinion is required too
