His lipid profile shows elevated triglycerides (TAGs at 325 mg/dL) and a borderline total cholesterol level (204 mg/dL). His LDL (112 mg/dL) is within near-optimal range, but the HDL is on the lower side (normal but not ideal, at 37 mg/dL). VLDL is also elevated (49 mg/dL), which correlates with the high triglycerides. This pattern indicates an atherogenic lipid profile and increases his risk of cardiovascular disease. Lifestyle modification is optimal for such a patient, Low refined carbs, sugars, saturated fats, and alcohol. Focus on whole grains, lean protein, fiber, and healthy fats (like omega-3s) Exercise: At least 30 minutes of moderate activity (like walking) 5 times a week.
Weight control: If he’s overweight, even modest weight loss (5–10%) can significantly improve triglycerides. Is he diabetic? Kindly screen for underlying causes such as diabetes or hypothyroidism. Monitor BP, blood sugar (FBS/ hba1c).

His total cholesterol and triglycerides are raised with a borderline LDL. He is at prothormobogenic state. Does he have any symptoms? Or any other medical condition? Like Diabetes, hypertension ( high BP). Please modify his lifestyle through changes in diet. Remove oily and fatty stuff in diet. Take grains and vegetables with fibre. Also avoid red meat. Apart from that, it's better to start statins: Rovista( rosuvastatin) 5 mg daily. It's better to see a Cardiologist for statins and also get a completer check up including ECG

Yeah, ECG and HbA1C krwaen for blood glucose. Walk or exercise, if possible to krwaen but us se pehle ECG and BP check hona important hai. Exercise can be risky if he has any heart condition. Pehle ye krwaen, then thyroid to find out the cause of High cholesterol.
