i have muscles twitching and tremor my general physician said these neurological symptoms are caused by vitamin d deficiency and my vitamin d level is 11.8 ng/mL

Would be great if you start Vitamin D supplement umm for straight 4 months and then go for test again.

he prescribed me vitamin d 20000iu capsules, to be taken once a week for a month and I am taking it from two weeks but yet i haven't seen any improvement.
