First of all we need to confirm whether or not you are typhoid positive. IgM and IgG are no more gold standard tests for diagnosis of typhoid due to less sensitivity, specificity and false positive. So I would suggest you to confirm the diagnosis with cultures or DNA evidence. Once diagnosis confirmed and positive then you need to get treated again for typhoid.
