Talk to General Physician on Insomnia Problem
Asking for Self, Male, 28 years old, Karachi
I am having Insomnia since 2011.. I am taking alp 0.25 mg for sleep. Sometimes Alp 0.25 do not work well sometimes I sleep around 5 Am after taking Alp 0.25 mg. I am addicted to Alp 0.25mg for insomnia. how can i get rid of Chronic Insomnia and ALP 0.25mg.. Can Insomnia disorder can be treated ?
