Last few hours se left shoulder blade pe itch, burning or weird se throbbing pain hai jo hr 2,3 minute bd ya ek minute mein kae br hoti specially if t shirt touch this area, No muscle injury, no pain in neck and nothing on skin new, it feels like something coming from inside and area is warm and it now spreading towarda armpit. i took my allergy drop vaccine from dust mites on sunday which i am taking from last six week and no medicine changed in recent time. i am also feeling tired like some viral trying to hijack my system.

Anti viral started though still skin is clear but derma said early symptomps there so to avoid complexities later start from now.

dear pt, it may be viral or bacterial but deffenitely some skin , nerves involvemnt is there, u need to go to a good physician for further assesmnt and evaluation.

i have started anti viral as dermatologist said take anti viral 3 times 2 tab 250 mg, and nuberol forte.It can be sine shingle or let see patch appear than add another three medicine, but anti viral given me a more sick feeling and consistent headache and foggy brain but i feel less itch and sensation and less current and slept well in two days first time , but still sting like pain happens randomly, is viral suppose to behave like this ? i remembered when i had chicken pox 15 years back it did not improve till cluster form on blisters....

i am already taking fexet D and desloratadine for presistent rihnits from months and drops vaccination on going for root cause which is dust mite, i never had skin related issue also there r only symptoms which i told you nothing on skin as of now on shoulders
