Spectrazole cream (1+0+1) apply on areas where is itching.
Tab. Rigix (0+0+1) for 3-5 days.

Your HbA1C is high which means you need to control your sugar levels. Remember, your sugar levels have nothing to do with itching. There's separate treatment for these two different conditions.

Itching localized around the kidney area on your back can sometimes be related to liver or kidney function, but it more often results from skin conditions or systemic issues. Since you asked specifically about liver function test (LFT) ranges and mentioned an eGFR of 78.8, I will clarify the typical normal ranges and their implications.

**Normal Liver Function Test (LFT) Ranges:**

- **Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT or SGPT):** 7 to 56 units per liter (U/L)
- **Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST or SGOT):** 10 to 40 U/L
- **Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP):** 44 to 147 U/L
- **Gamma-glutamyl Transferase (GGT):** 9 to 48 U/L (varies by lab)
- **Total Bilirubin:** 0.1 to 1.2 mg/dL
- **Albumin:** 3.5 to 5.0 g/dL

You should ensure your values fall within these ranges to consider your liver function normal.

**About your eGFR:**

- An estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) of 78.8 ml/min/1.73m² is mildly decreased but can still be classified as stage 2 chronic kidney disease (mildly decreased kidney function) depending on other factors. Normal eGFR is generally considered >90.

**Relation of Itching to Liver and Kidney Function:**

- Itching (pruritus) localized near your kidney area could be unrelated to liver or kidney dysfunction. However, kidney or liver problems can cause generalized itching due to accumulation of toxins.
- Mild deviations in LFTs or eGFR generally do not cause isolated local itching.
- Itching localized to the skin can be due to dry skin, eczema, allergic reactions, or other dermatological conditions.

**Recommendations:**

- If you only have localized itching without other symptoms like jaundice, fatigue, swelling, or changes in urine/stool color, serious liver or kidney dysfunction is less likely.
- Check your LFT results and kidney function (including urine tests) and consult your general practitioner for further evaluation.
- Maintain skin hydration and avoid irritants.
- If itching persists or worsens, consider dermatology referral.

With your current eGFR and in absence of abnormal LFTs, the itching is likely due to a skin issue rather than liver or kidney dysfunction. However, a complete clinical evaluation including lab review and physical exam is essential.

If you are diabetic and on medication than its an excellent control, but if its newly diagnosed than need to discuss, your tests are normal, egfr varries with age, so dont worry as far as Creatinine and urea are normal. For itching try anti allergy medicine like rigix, kestine, zyrtec etc if no relief best is to see dermatologist in person for diagnosis.
