Asalamualikum Its really urgent Im having low grade fever like 99.7 99.8 frm 5 days with no other symptoms only feel nausea smtimes im ttc also last period was on 16july can it be a pregnancy symptom or i should go for a test and wch teaf i should go so then i can see a doctor jazak Allah
