I have a problem of motion sickness either it's by car or by air I usually have a fear that I'll vomit while traveling I don't eat or drink anything before traveling my husband doesn't take me out just cause of this we whole family have planned a trip to naran khaghan want to know how can I stop or prevent myself from this vomiting thing n motion sickness

There r two things u can do... number one, keep a gum n keep chewing it... second take any aniemitic( anti vommiting) drug

I did both of them but it didn't help i took gravinate and the second time took domel really need to overcome this problem
