Talk to General Physician on Muscle Weekness

last year suffered from food it got some wrost problems pain in legs,arms,tired all time,vision problem,sexual problem,weight loss,stress in whole body (eyes,legs,arms,heavy shoulders) all my tests clear alhamdullilah cbc,lft,tsh,sugar,vitd,calcium all are in normal different brand of multivitamins such as centrum vitrum once a day man,oxiva,mehthycobal but find not effective...g.p said you are perfect you'll be i am not should i do now should i go for neurologist ??? kindly tell me the best suggstion thanks in more thing i want to add also have gas and acidity issue :)
