aoa. i married and i have 1 baby of 3 year old. mujhe pathon mai bujat khichao rehta hai kandhe dono or center dono arms mai sa kuch b hath se kerne ya wazen uthane se buhat khichao or pain rehti. can any one tell me any dr for muscular pain and khichao etc.

As from your message i understand you are a young female. Muscular pain in
young adultais not a common ailment. So we should never over manage it.
Try taking some precautions, like not lifting your child in arms(goud), do
not lift heavy kitchen utensils like water filled bowls. Do not carry heavy
bag around your arms or lift any kind of wieght more than 4-5 kgs.
See an orthopaedic surgeon if these precautions do not work.
You can take Tablet Nuberol Forte one tablet three times a day for acute
pain episode. Do not exceed the dose more than 3 tablets. It may cause
sleepiness so be cautious during daily chores or tasks like driving.
Eat healthy, make routine for light exercise daily and walk for minutes 3-4
times a week.
