Talk to General Physician on My Body Is Exhausted

It just feel like I was just beaten up by 4 dudes. Pain in the body with this feeling of cold. Also, mild fever and hungry but if i eat anything it gets worse. Moreoever, Thirsty all the time even if I drink like 5 litres of water.
Also, i recently got my tests done and my calcium, blood cbc, lft everything is fine
