doctor has diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. he has prescribed me neogab and another pill for sleep disorders. pain not reduced even after 2 weeks. what else can the problem be please help

assalamuakim doctor sb. you want me to visit you with all my medical history? i am suffering from this pain for a long time and now to be honest getting fedup of visiting doctors. i have seen a neurologist, neurosurgeon, rhemotoligist etc. please guide me what to do

You can continue neogab and alongwith other medications try some other measures like apply a warm, moist washcloth to the painful area or with a cold pack you can also reduce deep muscle pain of fibromyalgia.Try this measures for 1 week and observe any improvement in your condition then let us know.InshaAllah u will get improvement.Thanks
