since 2 weeks i m having severe pain in lower back,legs,toes(feet) and occasionally in shoulders also. kindly guide me which speciality doc should i consult? general phycisian or orthopedic? or some other?

You should go and check for orthopaedic if you are sure that this pain is in bones otherwise you should run some tests ie. CBC, serum calcium, uric acid and vitamin D3 and let the physician check it and decide if you are referable to a orthopaedic or not
