Aslam u Alaikum my father is experiencing very soft impulsive pain in right lower abdomen from approx 15 days so we undergo an ultrasound the findings were fatty liver with heterogenous echo texture and spleen span at maximum normal 12cm. both kidneys have stones of 6mm each rest all was normal sized and position. so are these findings other then stones serious or are to be worry about.
