i want my 2months old daughters ears to be pierced.which drs do this with proper aseptic techniques and is there chances of blooddborne diseases like hep c or h.i.v to be spread through this procedure??? how can i have this procedure done safely???and which dr to consult??? like e.n.t or general surgeon or drs dont do this ???plz guide

in saudia arabia i was pierced at 15 days age and now my both niece were pierced after birth within hospital stay n put tops ......all these expenses were under insurance companies
.........so i m nt mad.now plz if u can give me relevant ans??
