Salam,
Mene apna Vitamin D ka test kraya tha jiska result 17 aya. My Dr prescribed me Sunny D 50,000 IU once weekly but the problem is me jis medical py gai they said Sunny D 50,000 iu ma nh ata.. 5,000, 10,000 & 200,000 iu ma hota. I am not sure because Dr ne mjhy even bola ke ma apko 50,000 iu ka derhi. I have attached the prescription as well. Can someone please guide me what should I take?

u can take 042-32380080, iu weekly for 4 weeks

Take 1 lakh i.u weaklyfor 4 wks than after 2 wks for one month and then monthly and get your vit D3 test after 3 months. also start taking tab. cac 1000 plus daily for one month.
2 lac units after 2 weeks for 3 months then retest
2 lacs units cap sunny day wkly
for 6wks
If you take 5 capsules of 10,000 units per week, then it equals 50,000 units per week. And if you take 10 capsules of 5000 units per week, then it also equals 50,000 units per week.
So it's your choice now whether to take five capsules of 10,000 per week or 10 capsules of 5000 units per week, both will eventually make the same.
Avoid taking 200,000 units without doctor's re prescription because it is very high dose to self administer.

Five capsules of 10 thousand units per week = 50 thousands units per week
Ten capsules of 5 thousand units per week = 50 thousand units per week
Now it is your choice how you're convenient.
