Shortness Of Breath

Question

Sir, 5 months se suffocation feel hoti hai. Deep breath bhi nai liya jata. Chest pressure feel hota. Zra sa kam kr k breathing or khrab ho jati hai. Sometimes throat and chest se voice ati. Few days ago white saliva type Phlegm with blood aya. Nose block rehti hai.
Breathing gets better when I\'m lying down in bed. Antibiotics se farq nai parra. Corona pandemic k halaat mein private check up k liye jana theek hai?   Ya phir mein checkup k liye halaat theek hony ka wait kr loun? 
My ecg report is normal.
