Condition of patient: heart+high blood pressure+sugar+alzeimer(frm last 2/3yrs). Medicines tab zexa, tab melunia 2mg, tab treviamet 50/500mg, ascard tablet, tab merol 50mg, tab tasmi 20mg, cap tamsolin. Unki tang fracture hone pr aajs e 08 din phle ittefaq hosptl mein unka operation hua. operate ke baad neuro physician ne achank tab melunia tab lexotanil 1.5mg stop krdi or tab olepra1/2 raat mein shuru krai jiske baad se unhein phle vomiting ,nausea, tremor shrue hai. pani khana nigal nahe parhe wahan doctors age factor keh kr taal rhe hn halaanke wo ghar se blkul theek gaey they. Ye loose motion, khana nigl na pana, tremor, weakness kahin tab melunia ka withdrawal ya tab olepra 5mg ka side effect to nahein? kindly help me!
