Talk to General Physician on Stiffness In Neck And Arm

Here is my story. I have pain attacks in Dec 2015. And stay ill for 4 months. After that still live life of fear. Unable to stay happy. Having neck pain and seems my brain is not working properly something stuck in it. Than i get treatment from Dr furrakh ali chudary (neurologist). After 3 sessions i feels 80% recovery. After 3 months got news about death of dr furrakh ali chudary. Now i have pain and stiffness in right shoulder and stuckness in right side of head. Unable to use computer more than 30 min. Burning sensation in right side of neck and shoulder. I dnt know about procedures of dr furrakh ali chudary. He just injected some injection in my neck and give me vitamin d and b12. Please advise me. So i go to right dr. Am a jobless software engineer. I can't able to use computer. Alot of sleeping problems.
