I am feeling sudden weakness, several times in daily routine... during ramzan its more severe.. i also feel like shortness of breath but i am not confirm its real or i am extremely conscious about breath... because i do not feel any problem in breath during sleep... my heart beat is also remain fast 95 to 120 after aftari or meal for several hours... is it okay ? i am attaching my CBC... MCV is 96fl .. and blood cell counts are at lower limits.... waiting for your worthy advice.
