Talk to General Physician on Unconscious Or Deep Sleep

my grandmother who is 80 almost and bedridden, was administted in hospital because of extreme weakness. She doesn't have any disease, just old age and weaknesses n pains. Her all tests are fine. after drips and medication she was well and discharged. after coming home she didn't sleep at all for almost 3 dats. she was constantly awake. Talked to the same doctor and he advised a medicine for sleep. she took the tablet and still she wasn't unable to sleep. later at night she slept and now it's been almost 5 days she is in deep sleep and not waking up. she is still hospitalized. Doctors said she is just sleeping and she will wake up on her own, but we are worried. even with noise and everything she is not waking up. She just tried to open her eyes but her eyeballs were upwards n she wasn't focusing. is it really deep sleep or something else? is this coma?
