Hi Doctor, I am haroon I have before kidny stone 3.5mm in uter Now this passout becouse i have no pain from last 8 months but still i fight with my pain in foot heel. I am now in abu dhabi i check the orthopedic he said change your shoes and reduce your weight 92 kg and give me injaction in my both foot. pain is 50 % reduce but still pain my uric acid report is normal also calstrol. i do't now which doctor is best for me.
You are having plantar fascitis.. please see video for excercises on youtube. And take Tab.diclofenic 50mg twice a day for it. Excercises are very important for it. Do it and then tell me after 4 days again about your condition.

You better follow what she has advised you and better see a dietician to help you lose ur weight..
Ur increased body weight is the reason behind ur heel pain.
It might also cause u knee nd ankle pain..

A.A Doctor thanks for reply I already know this problem and do this foot exercise which doctors give me medicine here under mention. when i have stone 1st doctor give me this then pain is ok after stop 1 month pain start foot. 1. Tab.diclofenic 50mg 2nd doctor give me injections in my foot tell me exercise and give this medicine LOFLAM (Aceclofenac 100 mg) Analgesic, Anti-inflammatory. I take 15 days i little better but still feel pain After i stop medicine and use ic water bottle under my feet.pain gone tampory. Now i go 3rd doctor GN phicsion i tell him all story he take my all test every thing is normal he said said i can't give you any medicine even you scan your body nothing coming. i force refer me orthopedic this new hospital where i am going. 4th orthopedic doctor x-ray my foot the result is same nothing and he give me medicine here under mention. 1. ARCOXIA (etoricoxib) 90 14 days 2. Neomol (Paracetamol 500 mg) 14 days after eat pain stop but its too high i use it after stop again pain start. in these days i m fasting 25 roza and i have no pain. i am sure after 4 days pain start please help me doctors.

Kindly go for a complete Lipid profile test ( LDL, HDL, Triglycerides, VLDL, Total Cholesterol) from any reputable lab. if ur in Pak then go for Aga Khan lab or Dow Lab. as their results are accurate and reliable.

i also have chughtai Lab report which is the best Lab in pakistan my uric report is normal.

Aoa thank you and you obviously need drastic weight management and I suggest you take cap fit fibre 2 thrice a day before meals and come for a checking as soon as possible
