Talk to General Physician on Weakness/head Heaviness

Hi Doctor,

I am suffering from stomach acidity issue and sinus as well. I am taking medication but mostly i am suffering from head heaviness and dizziness. following symptoms i am suffering from these days;

1- Weakness (While standing up i feel like i should sit somewhere or losing the balance) 2- Dizziness (Even after sleeping for 7 to 8 hours in night) 3- Weight above eyes 4- Stomach gas 5- Heaviness in head (Sometimes i need to give hand support to head to focus while working) 6- Hemoglobin 10.8 ( I lost fresh blood due to constipation for last whole year, it is fix now but stomach acidity issue still remains) 7- Head swinging for 2 to 3 seconds while standing up after lying on bed 8- body shaking due to weakness

Moreover i am completely done with Ultrasound and CBC blood test. Every organ is in complete size, stone free and inflammation free. Seem like i am very much lazy.
