Talk to General Practitioner on Feet Swelling In Summers

My feet start swelling like this in summer every year since past 8-10 years. The pain gets worse around this time. They are swollen in winters too but not to this extent. I have got many tests done such as cholesterol and CBS. I am a patient of Blood Pressure and my Sugar is on boaderline. Please someone guide me what could be the reason or suggest some other tests.
