Talk to General Practitioner on Fever From 3-4 Days.
Asking For Mother, Female 50, Faisalabad
My Mother has fever from previous 4-5 days. and from previous 2 days bp is also low. normally blood pressure goes up and use Co-extor 5/160/12.5 For bp daily. Last Day Doctor suggest me following tests please guide me what is the actual problem is this covid +. attaching test report below

Please get her covid PCR test. Serum ferritin levels and x ray are suggestive of covid. Meanwhile keep an eye on her oxygen saturation and give her healthy diet and vitamins. But don’t forget covid PCR, since he has BP too. She might need more medication and testing once covid is positive

Hello ! I reviewed the reports. DONOT give bo medicines to her and take her to hospital as soon as possible. She seems COVID positive as seen on chest Xray. Also CRP is too much elevated. Chest xray is not good. She needs to be evaluated by a doctor who ausculate her chest and examine her. Please take her to hospital immediately.
DONOT give BP medicines.
BP getting low is NOT a good sign with this xray and increased CRP. She seems COVID positive and should be checked for that.

As per the reports and the symptoms of the patient it is likely to be acute pneumonia can be viral due to ongoing situation.. I would suggest to get HRCT chest done which is 100% diagnostic.
Till then start azomax 500mg BD. Tab paracetamol for fever.. Monitor O2 saturation. Take multivitamin and rest..

Assalamualaikum please do covid antibody test as soon as possible. Any fever go to covid antibody test.
go for hrct & covid pcr then d dimmer & levels for complications
meanwhile take antipyretics & antibiotics & multivitamins
check her bp & o2 stats if alarming rush to hospital

take her to govt hospital with the report to check her vitals and oxygen her HR CT scan of chest done,to rule out suspicion of covid is is urgent
Do her covid antibody test, blood sugar test and hr ct scan chest. Monitor her oxygen saturation

get her cbc, serum ferritin, LDH. and covid pcr.
get her ABGs done. or oxygen saturation atleast.
if covid comes out negative. go for blood cultures

but according to x-ray it could be covid..
