I have fissure problem. Too much pain from last 7 days. Not setting and standing.I face this problem 2 year before but not like that, only one day I have little pain after that I get will but this time I have too much pain I can't walk. 7 days before I have constipation and after that I am on bed.please prescribe medicine. Consult with General Surgeon. Use Xylocaine gel to reduce pain. But Surgical evaluation is highly recommended.

Try not to be constipated use fibre diet juices use GTN ointment and lignocaine gel mix them well and apply on the fiisured part tab nospa forte BD and use syp duphalac 2+2+2 do this fr week if bleeding occurs use cap transamine 500mg BD

Firstly drink especially in this hot weather atleast 1.5 to 2 litre of water, secondly as currently your fissure because of constipation is fresh and painful so more fresh juices n soups for atleast four weeks. Thirdly later on more fibre diet and more fruits n vegetables but not banana. In the meantime you can after Eid contact a surgical doctor. Hello..!! Is there only pain or any blood too?? For pain, apply xylocaine gel locally.. start taking more fluids including juices.. Increase your intake of water.. Take Ispaghol 2tbsp in one glass of water.. Eat more fibre diet which includes vegetables and fruits.. Avoid meat and chicken..

No blood only pain. My stool is normal from 2 days but pain is same like before. Any medicine for pain

Can you feel any mass coming out ? Is there blood in stool?? Take isphagul husk two times daily. Apply gtn and xylocaine. Take fibre diet more, fruits vegetables. Any more queries contact me through marham

Dear Patient,
Please apply GTN 0.2% cream on the inflamed area. Start Syp Lilac 1 cup after breakfast and after dinner to ease out your constipation. Reduce intake of meat. Take lots of dairy products including milk and yoghurt. Take 5 servings of fresh fruit daily. Practice Sitz bath 3 times daily. The method is available on YouTube. Thanks.
