I would recommend your Family Physician. Select a Good GP as your General Practitioner. The Treatment depends on stage of your disease. Normally GPs can very effectively manage it and refer patient to Relevant surgeon if needed. And your regular GP would know better about your case and may provide more valuable insight and guidance as he knows more about your case. Going directly to a specialist without GP referral and initial workup and notes might not be useful. Go to your GP or select good Doctor as Your GP
