Firstly brisk walk 5 times a week atleast 30 minutes.

Secondly more fibre diet, no fried food, no rice, no underground vegetables, no things with white flour (Maida in it for example cake etc)

Thirdly get your Liver and renal function test done and contact me on WhatsApp nine sis six five five one nine three eight six zero seven

Drink more water and remember you can't just start medicine like that , you need to make sure that certain organs in your body are functioning well so a suitable medicine can be selected for you
