My father is 52 years old diabetic since 2 years, and he takes getryl 2 mg twice before meal, vildomet 850/50 mg twice after meal and lipiget 10 mg at night , recently he got a blood glucose test and his fasting blood glucose was 65 mg/ dl. Should he change his medication?
