I feel a sudden pain around my left chest ND it spread same pain in my arm . pehly hoti thi kbhi kbhi but from the last few days it's continually happening
chest pain relieved with what? any pain killer or gelslike voltrel or any gaviscon syp for antiacidity? does it increase on xertion at what time it occurs

Dr sahib I'm facing it since 2 years. the strange thing is this ,it suddenly starts nd remain for some days, when it stops it doesn't happen for many food intake is simple.
