Our Patient has been suffering from above stroke disease for several days .He(patient )is admitted in the Allied Hospital Faisalabad for almost 10 days.We are noticing no any better recovery.Kindly suggest me a good advice for their better treatment.

Kindly give me a brief history of the patient. For how many days he got attacked of stroke, which part of his body affected? Did he already take medicines for any disease? does he have any chronic illnesses like diabetes, hypertension, or heart disease? Kindly share his medicines details which medicines he is being given? and also share his reports?
Need Full history. That is which part of the body is effected. Past medical history, past Surgical history. Current laboratory investigation, and current medication.
Kindly write proper history with fresh labs and ct scan report if available

detailed history with labs , plus medications.
there are diff types of stroke. recovery of stroke depends on type & area involved. & usually recovers slowly with medications + physiotherapy. neurologist there must have guided you too. be brave & take care of him. best wishes for him

Ok how old is the pt?any co morbs like htn,dm,or ihd?
secondly stroke pts take time in recovery..as take it take months of physiotherapy...also do ask ur primary consultant when the pt could start physiotherapy... according to his present condition and improvement so far..as compared to inital status..
Stroke case takes time to recover . It depends on the severity of the condition and the treatment he is receiving. Since he is already admitted hopefully doctors at the hospital are taking care of him so trust your doctor and follow the advice . InshaAllah he will be better soon but yes recovery takes time and needs lots of patience .
It will take time. He requires good nursing care and physiotherapy and your moral support. He may require some sort of psychological therapy at some time during his treatment.

Stroke is not a small incident. also no government hospital admits without serious reason due to high work load and less bed space available. please be patient. communicate with your consultant and share the complete details.

The first three months after a stroke are the most important for recovery and when patients will see the most improvement and physical, occupational and speech therapist will help.

You will get a proper advice by a neuro surgeon/ neurologist. You should share his other medications and laboratory test results ie. MRI/scan of head ,Blood pressure, blood sugar ,lipid profile, body weight etc.and mention about his medication also.
