Asking For Self, Male 34, Karachi
Is my SA report ok or have issues actually i take sample at home and reach at lab after 15 min and after taht lab reps also waste time is output report ok or not. which medicines and herbs intakes are beneficial for motility improvement

This report is not fine , with the delays you have mentioned I guess you should go for another test and give your sample in the lab . In this report most of your sperms have motility issues plus majority of them are abnormal variety . I recommend you to go for another test in a different lab

may be possible because some time smell appears in urine and due to constipation sometimes thick fluid comes.

Your count is slightly low because of some infection pus cells are also present. Take antibiotic novidate 500mg twice daily for 5 days drink plenty of water and repeat test.

usually it's better to take sample at lab .n interpreting wrong report is not correct secondly it has to be taken in three reports like two month apart each without sex for 3days .this report also shows some infection?

Aslam o alikum. Dear beta a very minor problem. I can guide you in detail. But a slight advise. Please use magnesium rich diets. Also fruits rich in magnesium like apple and banana.

And beta some good multivitamin. Like hicap M. Once daily.
I request you, to not take self medicine, it is not a good idea.
