As Salam Alaykum. Based upon my experience a person who is very dehydrated can experience this kind of symptom because in the hot weather the body responds by releasing sweat but since a person is dehydrated it is unable to do so efficiently, so when you drink water it is immediately used up by sweatglands. So i would say its nothing to worry about just drink enough water and make sure it isnt too cold. Hope this helps and if lethargic add ORS solution to it
