Talk to General Practitioner on STD Tests? Sores On Penis

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 33 years old, Karachi

I had unprotected sex with someone in early May 2019. I had one sore in August 2019 on my penis on which I used Mupir cream. Now, I am having 2 sores on my penis. I am worried about contracting STD. I had tested myself for VDRL through blood test in AKU and was tested negative. Also got CBC tested at the same time & was all clear. I have now tested for Herpes Simplex 1 IgM and Herpes Simplex virus 1 IgG & awaiting results. What further tests should I further perform to ensure I am clear on all STDs? I have a slight burning sensation on tip of the penis & saw uncontrolled liquid discharge today (due to sores?). I plan to get the following tests done today: - Urine R/E - LFT - HCV/HBS/HIV

Should I get any other tests done? Thanks in advance

I am also feeling acceleration in heart beats every now & then. Is this all interconnected?

Dear, this is a typical picture of primary std aquired syphillis.
Take doxycycline 100 mg 1 ×bd for 14 days. And do culture sensitivity.

I had also got tested for VDRL/RPR, TPHA & TITER TPHA on 15th May 2019 and was tested negative for all three. This test was done approximately 10 days after (possible?) having unprotected exposure.

Are there any further tests that I should undergo to exclude Syphilis as a cause of concern?

Blood Culture & Sensitivity results are awaited.

Kindly advise.

Thanks in advance!
