My father is 54 he is having pain near hip very severe pain .doctor said that your vein is press so he advise injections but after injections pain gone for one day but after that same conditon happens so whatshould i do .all tests of xrays back are clear,he is diabetic patient .

Does it only occur in any one position?
Are her sugars under control? Does he sleep on this side too? Does the pain go towards the lower leg? Does he have any numbness or tingling sensation on that leg?

hello..!! He may need an MRI in order to rule out any pathology. And also need more of his information and history to suggest u something appropriate. Thanks
need more history regarding pain (localised to hip or radiating) and what about Range of Motion at hip joint.
Need more history for better evaluation. For a time being correct his position avoid sleeping on same side.
Do share the x ray reports and other test reports as well

for diagnosis , a complete history and seeing patient is necessary.
