Talk to General Practitioner on Acid Reflux Most Probably

she's facing like extreme acid reflux for past month,her throat tightens up and there is burning sensation from the throat to the stomach with slight pain in chest and upper abdomen sometimes. she avoids eating spicy food or any other citrus fruit and she took omeprazole for 1 week at first and tried to get back to normal routine but it didnt work for her . she's been taking it again now for past 4 days the first thing in the morning, besides a month ago someone on the bus terminal poked her with a scarf pin and she just got a scratch from it , but i dont know why she is being paranoid and keeps thinking that she might have got HIV . i can barely think about that. her acid reflux condition isnt getting any better so she keeps relating the 2. you know because of the lock down even the opds nearby are not open and im really worried and the clinics are already close. may be her stress about hiv is worsening her condition or what. she doesnot talk to anyone barely even eats she says she s
