Good Day Doctors, I have been taking medication for anxiety since years and haven't stop thinking it might occur again. I feel perfectly fine and want to quit. I'm not sure if I should or its after affects as its been 2 3 years. how do I get rid of it. regards

Thanks for sharing your medication list. It looks you are prescribed medicines for more than one reason. Best to see doctor who started them or anyone who would do detailed history to reevaluate if you can stop. Very slow tapering will be needed. There are newer meds for anxiety now that are better if you need to continue. Happy to answer any more questions that you have.

I would like to emphasize that these medicines can never be stopped abruptly. They must be slowed down very gradually as long term use makes you habitual and suddenly taken away can cause many effects. Please see a psychiatrist in your area. Thanks!

I have already decreased the MG's but as you said there are new medicines now, do they consist the same salt or different. should I go for something better?
