Talk to General Practitioner on Can't Identify /stomach/intestine

After passing bowl/poop, there is some left just in anus. Even if there is no pressure like k buhut ziada kerna ho, but even bohut kam bhi zarorat ho kerny ki. And it's not a feeling of pressure. Some poop just stays in anus, and despite cleaning and washing and waiting for it to pass out, it stays except some very small particles keep on appearing. And once I get satisfied that I'm clean, I have sometimes noticed stains on my pants or PJs. Ye kia bemari hy? And I get the urge to poo right after eating even though I eat a little, like half chapat, O eat twice only and half chapati. If I eat my full requirment of one chapati three times I have to go to bathroom 3 times and in that case a slimy substance keep on coming/feeling from anus, and this presence of bowl still fells and I m telling again its not just feeling. I hope I was able to explain my condition..
