Talk to General Practitioner on Cervical Disk C3 C4 Problem

Have problem in my body weak muscles numbness on whole lower body my hands shiver even i lift 1-2kg item Consult a neurosurgeon and after diagnose and Mri he told me my cervical disks are miss located and due to that there is pressure on medulla oblangeta (Haramghaz) So i require surgery but its very risk and with c3 disk there are too much veins and total respiratory system with little mistak it will be dangerous Can anyone suggest anything better I hear micro scopic surgery
