Talk to General Practitioner on Confidential

I have many issuesregarding concieving . And i will consult by visiting clinic myself. But the main reason stopping me is my mother in law. She is saying she will visit with me to doctor. But i just want to consult alone. As she make fuss of everything. And tell everyone about my case and i feel even tells all men in family. Is there any way that i can convey message to u doctors before entering your clinic. And u can ask my mother in law to leave the room for some reason. For fake reason of getting internal check up etc. Plz help me through any way. If doctor will say her to leave room to ask question in private she will just say nothing to doctor.
