Talk to General Practitioner on Covid 19 Corona Virus

When should you visit a doctor if you feel slight symptoms, like mild sore throat, and fever like feeling.... Traveled on car from village to Rawalpindi.. Maintained social distance, and took precautions.... But the next day felt fever and mild sore throat.... It regularly happens also when I travel or exhaust myself( travel was almost 9 hours) k bukhar ho jata hy and as have thoyride prob tw I mostly get sore throat..... But haven't got sore throat for the last 1 and half year in any type of this time I get sore throat.. Should I get the test? Or consult any nearby doctor... Fever thermometer py nah a raha. I want to be at the details or marham app but Plz guide, I want some personal professional advise...
