Had an injury a month before, resulting in dislocated is to some insurance policies here, was not able to do MRI.. consulted orthopaedic suggested 4 weeks due to Hajj vacations OPD is closed for almost 15 should be the next step? Should I remove the cast and start some physical therapy at home or should I wait for another 15 days?
