Talk to General Practitioner on I Am Bitten By A Tick

hello dr .. yesterday while walking in a ground i got bitten by a tick .. im sure it was a tick because it was attached to my arm and i had to pull it out of my skin .. now im really worried and feared knowing of the fact that these ticks transmits congo virus ... is there any one who can guide me what i need to do now ??? please
