Talk to General Practitioner on Low Intensity Accident

My two years old son is suddenly hit by parked and standing bike head light. With Allah's grace his eye is save but on forehead, nose, around eye and eyebrow, and down below eye, we are seeing big scars, i can post pictures as well if needed. I want to know what kind of treatment we can do so that they don't become permanent marks.
