Talk to General Practitioner on Pain Cramps In Body

Yesterday in the morning around 5, i jumped from my roof top to my neighbour’s yard. I was in half sleep and my body wasn’t active fully & properly. I’m now having pain cramps in my whole body. I touched the areas of pain to see that if there’s any sort of unbearable pain to make sure the presence of fractures. All the pain is bearable. I can’t sleep properly bcoz when i change my posture, it hurts in back, neck and shoulders. I touched the ground by my feet and then my right shoulder touched the ground as i fell down. Prescribe me some strong pain killers. I have tried Neubral fort to get rid of this pain but nothing happens.
