Talk to General Practitioner on Skin Bites Marks

Need help. My daughter had these bites in her arms and legs from around Eid ul azha. She kept scratching them and when the top turned into hard scabs she peeled the skin off again causing blood to come out and she keeps doing this till they eventually dry out and become these greyish marks. She used to get these bites before occasionally. More around this month of October. But never to this extent where there are about fifteen twenty marks all across her left arm and leg. It is really bothering her. Her skin pulls so it irritates her and she scratches. I had been to a skin doctor about two years before who gave some kind of a bleach ointment to use but my daughter applied it for about a month and it did not really help with the scabs. So she stopped . Also the doctor gave her imunol tube to apply on the bites / marks . My concern right now is these fresh bites and her urge to scratch them. 1: how can these bites be cured 2 how to get the marks to become lighter . Pls
