Talk to General Practitioner on Vomiting,feeling Dizzy

Salam,my father age 47,diabetic,hyper tensive, He tried to step up on a steel leddar but all of sudden his eyes closed and he fall on the flour and get a 3 stitches injury on head back side,after that his abdomen became big and he was breathing shortly,his eyes were closed,i took him to nearest emergency they did the treatment,the CT scan exray,both are clear but now he still feeling dizzy and unable to sit because of this dizzy solution?
