Since 2-3 days I'm feeling pain near my anus area especially after passing stool but there's no bleeding. I tried to look and I see swollen red area near the anus. Due to this im having problem while sitting also. Will it go by itself or do I need to take some medication ? or apply some cream on the affected area ?
